Westmoreland County's Structural Repair Specialist
Through our years in business, we have completed projects that no one wants to take on. Our customers we help often communicate that many people came out to see their scary situation but never followed up. What most companies turn away, Bocan Residential Improvements (BRI) finds a way to resolve. Every step of the way BRI is looking out for the clients best interest.
BRI works with the owner and municipality as needed to design a permanent solution. Once the initial corrective action has been taken (see below), BRI works with diligence and safety to install the permanent and structural sound solution. In working with the municipality, all of BRI’s structures are built to code.
We use a strong emergency temporary support system while we remove failing support and place permanent corrective support. During our emergency temporary support process we are able to provide initial correction and lift the drop of the structure that has taken place over time.
With knowledge, experience, and expertise handling jobs as seen below, BRI is able to ease the nerves of the clients as this process takes place. When BRI is finished with your project, you will be able to once again enjoy the space that has troubled you.
Failing Addition #1
This Project took place in Irwin, PA. Bocan Residential Improvements took down an old failing structure and replaced it with a strong deck. Our 6x6 post go into 3 feet of concrete. These post then hold the beam which is tied in with 1/2" bolts.
Failing Porch
This project involved carefully keeping the roof of this porch in place by using our emergency, corrective, temporary support system. Once we supported the roof with our temporary system, we took out the old rotting deck/post and we built two solid foundations. We built a strong lasting foundation for the porch roof and the porch itself separately.
Failing Addition
This project involved temporarily holding the addition up with BRI's emergency temporary support system. While supporting the addition, the wall was removed and replaced. After the wall was replaced, BRI lifted the addition and installed a permanent support.
