Deck Safety Evaluation
Bocan Residential Improvements (BRI) offers a deck safety evaluation service for $100 (we meet you at your residence and discuss your deck and whether it needs repaired or replaced) and for an additional $100 BRI will provide a write up from our notes taken during our scheduled evaluation. BRI will visit your residence to review your deck for safety concerns that could impact you, your family, and your potential guests. BRI's Owners will personally come out to take a look at your deck whether at a house that you currently own, a house you just recently purchased, or a house you are looking to purchase. If you happen to book a project with BRI within the same year as a result from this service, the $100 will go towards your project.
